Quotes

“I think it was our most complete performance. We pressed high up, controlled the possession and created chances to score. It all started with the way we began the game," Madrid star Jude Bellingham said after his side's win over Osasuna.

"We started strong and kept it up for the whole game. All the players excelled today. I played as I always do, but this time I scored a goal. There was a lot of talk because last season I scored a lot of goals and my role this season has changed.

"I do other things for other areas of the pitch, I'd do anything for the good of the team. Maybe I've been less selfish, I'd like to continue like that, my aim is to help the team in any way I can.”

Head-to-Head
Leganes and Madrid drew 2-2 in their last meeting in La Liga with the match taking place at Estadio Municipal de Butarque in July 2020.

Los Blancos boast of an unbeaten record in the league against the Cucumbers having registered six wins and two draws from eight matches since their maiden La Liga meeting in 2016.
